Retail Deployment Solutions services are focused on our expertise. This is field service deploy­ment and field service management. At Retail Deployment Solutions every Project and Service request is assigned a Field Services Management Team that includes a:

• Project Manager
• Resource Coordinator
• Quality Control Specialist

Prior to staffing any Service Event or Project, this Team will review the scope of requested work to identify the best possible resource requirement and ensure a successful resolution to the event. Each member of the Field Services Team shares responsibility for each Service Event and is held accountable for their results individually and collectively.

Our Project Managers oversee all aspects of an event, and interact directly with the end user.  This gives every client a single point of contact, available 24/7 to answer any questions, or provide updates on requested services. The Resource Coordinator is responsible for the direct communication with the Field Technicians, while the Quality Control Specialist is accountable for ensuring the Service Request has been completed and that all deliverables associated with the event have been received and approved.
